A sense of peace and tranquillity
There’s nothing here that bothers me
The air is still there is no sound
Well none of the artificial kind
A gurgling brook, a rustling bush
A bird flying up there high above
Squirrels as they leap and bound
All seem to hardly make a sound
But when you stand to look and listen
Sounds come from things usually hidden
Things you will not have realised
Have been happening before your eyes
That sense of peace and tranquillity
You’ve now found and it’s all around
Not just in the hills and mountains
But that in yourself, now you’ve found
